I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out. I had to rethink relationships, restart my career, build businesses and a list of bold moves that allowed me to live authentically. On the other side of that work, I’m a happy wife, a proud mom of grown kids, a Nana, and a woman at peace with herself, living life unbothered.

Every tool I share is something I used on my own path along with the real world lessons to bring it all together. I have the bruises and scars so you don't have to. I hope to connect with you more.

I am a Certified Professional Coach

I am a multi-credentialed coach who helps individuals and teams move through conflict with a clear process, honest accountability, and consistent support so they can reach the goals that matter most. I am certified through the Association for Coaching (AC) and the Professional Coaching Academy (PCA) , and I have coached hundreds of people both privately and from the stage at my workshops. I guide clients through personal and relationship challenges, help teams work through workplace conflict, and support Christians who want to grow in alignment with their faith while they navigate real-life issues.

I am a Professional Speaker, with the privilege of delivering keynote addresses at both local and national conferences. My career as a speaker began in 2007 when I discovered the power of the message from the stage.

I also develop aspiring speakers through my Master the Mic: Professional Speaker Intensive providing the tools and insights necessary to build thriving careers in the field of professional speaking.

In addition to personal development workshops, I have delivered hundreds of presentations to empower professional leaders due to my extensive corporate background.

I am a Certified Trainer with a passion for empowering others through transformative learning experiences. Since 1994, I have built a dynamic career as a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), honing my expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs. As the founder of Marden People Development, LLC, I specialize in crafting professional development initiatives that drive growth and inspire excellence.

My expertise includes conducting cutting-edge technical train-the-trainer sessions and leadership development programs. Renowned for their innovation, creativity, and engagement, my programs go beyond traditional training to deliver unforgettable experiences that resonate with participants and inspire real change.

I am called by God

I am called and anointed by God to preach and teach the principles of Jesus Christ in a way that helps people face real, everyday challenges with faith, wisdom, and courage. God has used me to strengthen and encourage believers through women’s conferences, Sunday services, youth gatherings, and online ministry. I am committed to my divine assignment and fully surrendered to living the very principles I teach, so that my life and my message agree.
