I am Maria Denise (Perry).
I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out. I had to rethink relationships, restart my career, build businesses and a list of bold moves that allowed me to live authentically. On the other side of that work, I’m a happy wife, a proud mom of grown kids, a Nana, and a woman at peace with herself, living life unbothered.
Every tool I share is something I used on my own path along with the real world lessons to bring it all together. I have the bruises and scars so you don't have to. I hope to connect with you more.

I am a Certified Professional Coach
I am multi-credentialed coach dedicated to helping women to get clarity to navigate the complexities of their life. I call it a "Transition Coach".
I am officially certified through the Association for Coaching (AC) and the Professional Coaching Academy (PCA) . I have coached hundreds of women through my coaching programs and from the stage at speaking events.
I empower women to take a systematic journey to accomplish their goals with real, transformative results. I guide them from dreaming about a new life, to living a new life.
I am a Professional Speaker
I am a Professional Speaker, with the privilege of delivering keynote addresses at both local and national conferences. My career as a speaker began in 2007 when I discovered the power of the message from the stage.
I also develop aspiring speakers through my Master the Mic: Professional Speaker Intensive providing the tools and insights necessary to build thriving careers in the field of professional speaking.
In addition to personal development workshops, I have delivered hundreds of presentations to empower professional leaders due to my extensive corporate background.

I am a Certified Trainer with a passion for empowering others through transformative learning experiences. Since 1994, I have built a dynamic career as a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), honing my expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs. As the founder of Marden People Development, LLC, I specialize in crafting professional development initiatives that drive growth and inspire excellence.
My expertise includes conducting cutting-edge technical train-the-trainer sessions and leadership development programs. Renowned for their innovation, creativity, and engagement, my programs go beyond traditional training to deliver unforgettable experiences that resonate with participants and inspire real change.
I am an Associate Pastor & 1st Lady
Anointed by God as the Associate Pastor and First Lady of Resurrected Hope Ministries in Fayetteville, Georgia, I stand alongside my husband, our Senior Pastor, to lead and inspire individuals on their Christian spiritual journey. Our mission is to equip, mentor and launch ordinary people into their extraordinary destiny through the principles of Jesus Christ. Together, we passionately apply biblical principles to help people overcome everyday challenges, fostering hope and spiritual growth.
